We got a room with a bath. the staff and the owner were all very friendly and incredibly kind. the location was convenient and absolutely perfect, super close to the sea with easy access to a small store and shops.

The breakfast is generous, and the location is stunning just off the most nicest and delicious restaurant, and a proper island. The room is cool and authentic, comes with Wi-Fi. I will be back, really enjoyed the hotel...

The location was marvellous, not far from shops, a cute restaurant Jigko, and Koh Lanta, in a natural area. We stayed at the clean room with Wi-Fi.

Everyone on the staff was friendly. the room was super spacious and had all the basic stuff I needed. 😊.

This beachfront bungalow offers a stunning view of the water and nearby islands. the spacious room provides a comfortable stay, complete with a mosquito net and open-roofed bathroom. the friendly staff offer a quick check-in, refreshing welcome drinks, and a daily supply of bottled water. the beach right outside is perfect for swimming in the morning, and the garden adds a charming touch with swings, hammocks, and fairy lights.

The lack of a water cooler can be inconvenient.

We recently stayed at a seafront villa at Koh Yao Beach Front and had a great experience. the villa was clean and comfortable, with a wonderful view of the sea. We were pleasantly surprised by the delicious breakfast provided each morning. the owners were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also appreciated the option to rent scooters, which allowed us to explore the island easily. Cons: Everything was fantastic! 😊.

The value for money was exceptional, with clean and comfortable huts situated right next to the beautiful beach. The staff were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make my stay pleasant.

The deluxe queen room had a comfortable bed and a nice bath, and the hotel's location was peaceful and convenient, right on the beach.

The brand-new room was amazingly comfortable with Wi-Fi. The location is exceptional, close to the pier. There are two restaurants nearby. Beautiful beaches and local food are easily accessible.

We had a wonderful time at this cute little bamboo hut. It truly was an embracing nature type of experience. the net protected us from critters and bugs at night, and despite having only a fan, we were cool enough to sleep. the staff was friendly and the breakfast was great. the spacious room was lovely, with an awesome outside/open roof bathroom that had a beautiful view of the sea.

We also appreciated the convenient moped rental on site and the nearby coffee shop. Cons: Nothing at all.
